For the past several years, WEIGHTPACK, Inc. has designed and built custom variations of this edible oil bottling system for customers in the food processing industry both in the U.S. and abroad. These monoblock fillers combine filling and capping into a single integrated machine that's fully automatic and easy to operate. The unique design combines the accuracy of net weight technology with our patented gassy nitrogen injection filling system, which minimizes the amount of retained oxygen in the bottle, crucial to the quality and shelf life of bottled olive oils. The exceptional capabilities of this system deliver a very rapid return on investment.

Highly automated, the electronics of the weighing system communicate with the HMI from which the operator can receive from or send data to the machine. Fill volume and line speed are adjustable to cover customer requirements. Materials of construction include 304/316 stainless steel, with contact surfaces polished to a .02 micron mirror finish. The base frame is sealed against liquid infiltration, and the electronic weigh cells are maintenance free and capable of long production life. Additional features include in-line inspection systems to ensure precision fill and capping accuracy and a clean/sanitize-in-place design.
