WEIGHTPACK, Inc. engineered and fabricated this triblock rinsing, net weight filling, and capping line for a customer in the pharmaceutical industry. Intended for packaging liquid pharmaceutical and medical products such as cough syrup, cold remedies, and iodine, the machine was built according to the strict sanitary demands of the pharmaceutical industry. Fabricated from 304/316 stainless steel, all contact parts are polished to an ultra smooth, high gloss, 0.2 micron mirror finish with no nicks and pits that could harbor bacteria or other microorganisms. The machine base and drive components are completely sealed against liquid infiltration, and there are no mechanical wear parts in the product flow.

This triblock line consists of a rinsing turret, rotary net weight filler, and rotary electronic capper. Weight cells are used to verify that the containers are within the present weigh range both before and after filling, and the servo-driven capper heads provide precise orientation and torque control for cap placement. All moving elements are equipped with torque limiters to ensure steady and continuous operation, and advanced process control and monitoring systems verify the accuracy of each individual container for full traceability.
