This dual product filler and capper allows the customer to bottle two products at once. The Monobloc filling and capping system is designed with separate product tanks to allow the manufacturing of multiple products. The system can be modified for three products to be filled independently if desired. The machine base is sealed to prevent liquid penetration and the filler tank is polished to a .2 micron mirror finish and is designed without corners or crevices to promote cleanliness.

The system uses net weight filling technology to ensure a precise fill every time. The system includes the filling station, with nozzle and weight cell at each station, and a mechanical capper. If sensors at either of the weight cell or the capping turret sense that the bottle does not meet the set standards, the bottle is marked for rejection. The Monobloc is equipped with an HMI that allows the operator to send and receive data to and from the machine. This system is the ideal solution for any liquid industry that needs to produce multiple products for a single shipping block.
