WEIGHTPACK, Inc. engineered this high speed motor oil bottling system to easily handle multiple products. Its tube feed design, with no on-machine product tank, offers the ability to quickly and effortlessly change from one product to another due to the relatively small amount of product in the fill lines. Components of the system include a monoblock filler and capper as well as off- machine holding tanks and pumps.

The gravity filler incorporates an individual weight cell under each bottle that automatically controls the net fill weight by means of sophisticated electronics. The filler nozzle never touches the container, ensuring clean and hygienic conditions are maintained. Also electronically controlled, the capper features cam operated, servo-driven heads that ensure accurate cap placement and allow adjustable control of cap torque. All production data is instantly sent to a collection system to verify process accuracy and any container not meeting standards is marked for rejection.

Constructed of stainless steel, this machine was designed for a lifetime of low maintenance, reliable operation.
